    1) How to buy

    Buying on KAZED ONLINE STORE is very simple.

    You can browse in the homepage of the site or in the catalog and click on the image of the chosen product to view the relative product page.

    Product sheet: Inside the product page you can view the details of the selected item and view the enlarged product images using the zoom. The product information includes model, description and price information.

    Cart: On the page dedicated to the cart you can view the selected products, the quantity and the total cost of the same. By clicking on “Proceed with the order” you can continue the purchase process.

    To complete the order you will have to fill out the Checkout page, following the steps indicated: within the same page, you can view the progress of the checkout. All the details of your order are summarized at the end of the procedure and once the purchase process is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes. At the end of the purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary and the order code.

    3) Shipments

    Orders placed on KAZED ONLINE STORE are sent to Italy via GLS courier. Shipping is free for orders with a total amount exceeding € 100 if destined to the Italian territory, over € 250 if destined to other European Community countries.

    Orders are processed immediately after a check on the actual availability of the product and the payment check. In case of errors, the amount charged can be reimbursed. Shipments are processed in 10/15 working days in Italy and in 20 days in other European Community countries (excluding orders for customized products that will be processed in 40 days), depending on the delivery area and time in which the order has been placed or the payment has been received. You will be notified when the starting package, the tracking number.

    Orders in the summer are stopped until August 24, will be processed the following week.

    The goods will arrive directly to the place indicated without having to pay anything other than what was paid at the time of order. ATTENTION: no shipments to post boxes are made.

    4) Methods of payment

    Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

    5) Returns

    We guarantee all our customers the utmost peace of mind in the purchase process on the site. For this reason, if the product received does not satisfy you, you can exercise the right of return.

    Returns You can request the return of a product purchased only in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    – the request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

    To start the return process you must create a request from your personal account page on this site: we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the necessary information for the procedure. The shipping costs for the return of the product will be at your expense, except in cases where the return is due to defect of the product or shipping error.

    Acceptance of the returned goods takes place only in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    – the product must be intact and not used; – the product accompanying tag must not have been removed; – the return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively following this procedure.

    Following verification of the existence of the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid. In the absence of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be returned to the sender.

    Note: refunds of items purchased online will not be accepted at physical points of sale or made without having previously been followed the above procedure and complied with the requirements set out above.

    6) Information on prices and VAT

    All prices shown include VAT, where applicable.

    7) Security

    Ordering on KAZED ONLINE STORE guarantees security. In the purchase process, each page destined to manage the credit card transaction is protected by the latest version of the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This means all financial information – credit card number, expiration date, etc. – they are previously encrypted through a particularly strong and powerful algorithm and, only afterwards, they are forwarded on the Net. When the data relating to your credit card are entered, the financial information is sent directly to the bank’s protected site. Neither we nor others will NEVER have access to your credit card details, thus guaranteeing maximum security.


    The purchase can be made only by the cardholder, whose name and address must match the name and address of the originator. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request further guarantees from the purchaser or to refuse the order. We will send a regular invoice or paper sales note to the shipment of the products.

    Consent: In relation to the above information note, by registering to the site, the customer declares to have received, in accordance with and for the purposes of Article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/03, appropriate and complete information regarding the data protection regulations personal and, consequently, freely expresses (art.23 Dlgs.196 / 03) the consent to the processing of personal data by Kazed Srl, within the terms and for the purposes indicated above.
